Over one hour from Cantignergues you find the Mediterranean Sea with its beaches and pleasant boulevards. A day trip here is recommended. It is nice to spend a day out here: sunbathing in Narbonne-Plage, strolling through the villages Gruissan, St. Pierre sur Mer and Port-la-Nouvelle. Temperatures can rise significantly and a swim in the cool sea can be very pleasant!
